Sanibel Regulations For Holiday Decorations
The City of Sanibel’s Sign Regulations (Chapter 106, Section 106-3 of the City of Sanibel’s Codified Ordinances) define specific standards for Holiday Decorations, Lights, Displays and Decorations.
- Holidays - National, Local or Religious Holidays.
- Permitted Displays - Holiday Decorations and Lights
- Timing - The day before Thanksgiving through January 9th
- Location - Not to be placed in a location or constructed so as to create a hazard on your property and not in the Public Right of Way
